Pay: $20/hour base + $20–$30 bonuses per massage + tips (avg 20%)

What You’ll Do

Deliver customized 60- and 90-minute massage sessions, specializing in Deep Tissue, Lymphatic Drainage, and Prenatal/Perinatal care
Create a healing, client-centered experience with each session
Collaborate with our acupuncturists and holistic practitioners to support integrated care plans
Maintain impeccable treatment rooms and follow all sanitation protocols
Record session notes as required and support continuity of client care
Contribute positively to team meetings, trainings, and Sage Haven events

What We’re Looking For

Licensed Massage Therapist (CAMTC certification required)
Skilled in therapeutic and wellness-focused modalities (Deep Tissue, Lymphatic, Prenatal required; additional specialties a plus)

Schedule

Shifts are 6.5 hours with a mandatory 30-minute unpaid break (6 hours of paid time)
Monday: 12:30pm–7:00pm
Tuesday: 12:30pm–7:00pm
Wednesday: 8:30am–3:00pm
Thursday: 8:30am–3:00pm
Friday: 11:30am–6:00pm

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand and perform massage treatments for extended periods (up to 6 hours of active time per shift)
Comfort with bending, stretching, and assisting clients onto and off of the massage table
Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs. for supplies and equipment as needed
Commitment to maintaining physical stamina and wellness to serve a consistent schedule
