Dr. Erika Brandt is nationally board certified in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine and licensed to practice in California. She holds a Doctorate in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine (DACM) as well as a Master of Science degree in Traditional Oriental Medicine (MSTOM) from Pacific College of Health and Science. She is also certified in Clean Needle Technique by the Council of Colleges of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (CCAOM).
Dr. Erika has a special interest in mental-emotional wellness, pain management, digestive health and peri-natal care. Her post-graduate training includes the PUSH Professionals Perinatal Mentorship with Dr. Deb Davies. Her services include integrative acupuncture, electrical stimulation acupuncture, the prescription of herbal medicine, moxibustion, manual therapies of fire cupping and gua sha, and infrared light therapy.
Dr. Erika believes in finding the root cause of each individual’s illness and treating this with a holistic approach. Each treatment plan is constructed with the use of traditional Chinese medicine theory and modern diagnostic assessment, with consideration of the patient’s personal goals of care.
Her approach to holistic healthcare includes implementing longevity-based lifestyle practices into patient’s daily routines, so that they can look and feel their best. Her mission is to provide quality care with an open heart, supporting her patients in embracing their own brilliant resilience, inside and out.
