Sage Haven Eastern Medicine is San Diego’s premier women-focused holistic wellness center, offering integrative acupuncture, cosmetic acupuncture, massage therapy, and longevity-focused care. We serve women who value high-touch, elevated experiences and thoughtful, results-driven treatment plans.

We are seeking an Associate Acupuncturist to join our growing clinical team and deliver exceptional, personalized care rooted in both Eastern medicine and modern wellness principles. This role is ideal for a practitioner who is clinically skilled, confident in patient communication, and excited to contribute to a fast-growing, high-standard practice.

This position is best suited for someone who wants to grow their clinical expertise, build a strong patient base, and be part of a collaborative, supportive, and performance-driven environment.

Schedule

• Tuesday–Saturday (30–35 hours/week)
• Rotating shifts: 8:00am–2:30pm or 1:30pm–7:00pm
• Saturday: 9:00am–3:00pm

Key Responsibilities

Patient Care & Clinical Excellence
• Provide comprehensive care including acupuncture, Chinese medicine, and lifestyle-based recommendations
• Develop personalized treatment plans aligned with each client’s goals and presentation
• Educate clients on treatment plans, continuity of care, and wellness strategies
• Maintain accurate and timely charting, documentation, and client communication

Client Experience & Retention
• Deliver a high-touch, elevated client experience aligned with Sage Haven standards
• Build strong client relationships to support retention and long-term care plans
• Confidently recommend treatment frequency, packages, and memberships when appropriate

Clinic Operations & Team Contribution
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment space
• Support overall clinic flow and collaborate with front desk and team members
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support daily operations
• Be punctual, prepared, and fully present for all shifts

Brand Growth & Community Presence
• Represent Sage Haven with professionalism both in-clinic and at external events
• Participate in marketing events, workshops, and community outreach as needed
• Contribute to content creation and social media when applicable

Compensation & Growth

• W2 employee, paid bi-weekly
• Compensation includes per-client visit rate + hourly pay for administrative time
• 90-day introductory period with performance review
